boutique lifestyle hotel segment. Responsible for ground up construction for new properties and renovations to existing properties in London, LA and Miami.

•   Development Feasibility – Analyzed and negotiated hotel deals ($300m+) with developers, owners and

investors for JV and management contracts for projects in NYC, Chicago, LA, Miami, Scottsdale, London and Paris.

•   Design & Development – Structured development group, leading design and brand management for development of Delano/Mondrian  Las Vegas with partners Boyd Gaming, renovation of the

Mondrian LA , Scottsdale and Miami.
