the complete renovation of the 55 story, 950 room, 5*

Star Hotel. The $100 million renovation was completed on budget in less than two years while the Hotel remained open.

•   Purchasing –  Created an inventory management system,  managed procurement of the $40 million FF&E / OS&E package for the project. Cut project overhead by 25%.

•   Asset Manager – Responsible Le Cirque 2000 within the landmark Villard House. Liaised with to complete New York’s most celebrated 4* restaurant.
