Reporting to the CEO and the Board of Directors, devised a detailed strategic management plan for business and corporate development, enhancing project and studio leadership and represented the firm on its largest high-profile international projects as Principal-in-Charge, as well as in the press and at investment and design conferences.
• Established and led 100+ member team for $4bn Presidential Palace in Abu Dhabi and 20+ hotels in the Middle East and China. • Generated $35m+ of new business, including 3 out of the 5 largest projects in Wilson’s 40 year history.

• Grew operations team from zero to 65 employees in 3 months, established operational procedures and firm culture.
Client: Morgans Hotel Group 2005 – 2007 Senior Vice President, Development
Creators of the boutique hotel segment, owns and manages 13 hotels in the United States and Europe.
Spearheaded ground up construction for new properties and renovations to existing properties in London, LA and Miami.
• Analyzed and executed multiple deals ($300m+) with developers, owners and investors for joint ventures and management contracts for new build and renovation properties in NYC, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, Scottsdale, London and Paris.
• Established the development group, headed design and project management for creation of $800m Delano/Mondrian Las
Vegas with partners Boyd Gaming;

Owner’s Representative for $300m mixed-use 5* hotel/condominiums & retail development in the Diplomatic District in Doha, State of Qatar, on behalf of the client, the Minister of Finance.
